Gordon Engineering Leadership Program

Information For Industry

Program Timeline

Many corporations and government organizations are noticing the lack of new engineering talent possessing the ability to step into leadership roles in today’s fast paced, technology driven environment. The Gordon Program is designed to meet this rising demand.

The Gordon Program provides mentorship from major industrial and academic leaders, real industrial challenges, and a solid academic foundation to produce successful engineering leaders.

"The Gordon Engineering Leadership Program helped put me in a position to tackle and solve immediate needs within NeuroLogica. The leadership skills I developed in the program helped me guide teams of engineers to successfully complete projects. The technical component of the program helped me identify the background of my projects while developing novel solutions. The experiences I have had with the Gordon Program will no doubt last with me throughout my career."

     - Matt Dickman, Gordon Fellow '08
