Toolbox Software Development Models, Frameworks, and Target Applications:
Workshop Leaders: David R. Kaeli and Charles V. Stewart

[presentations]

David R. Kaeli is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northeastern University. Charles V. Stewart is a Professor in Computer Science at Rensselear Polytechnic Institute.

This workshop will present the current design approaches used in the different toolbox efforts within CenSSIS, and will address some emerging issues around the interaction of multiple toolsets especially visualization and segmentation, within a common user interface.

Topics to be discussed include:

• Code Development Models
• Libraries vs. Complete Applications
• Documentation and Testing Standards
• Software Support Issues
• Open Source Issues
• Future Toolbox Efforts
