| CenSSIS Solutionware: Multi-View Tomography Toolbox |
The MVT Toolbox provides researchers in the many tomography fields with a collection of generic tools for solving linear and non-linear forward modeling problems. The toolbox is made up of two parts:
fddlib: The Frequency-Domain Diffusion Library
Features
Requirements
The fddlib software was developed and tested under Redhat Linux. The
software also runs under UNIX. The source code is provided, and
has been developed so as to compile successfully with any C++
compiler. IML++ is also available in source code form.
However, as no testing of the software was done other than under Redhat
Linux, that is the recommended operating environment.
Coming Attractions
We are currently working on a MATLAB-based GUI front end for
fddlib to simplify the process of specifying problem instances.

The fddlib software is available for downloading to members of the
tomography and related research communities for non-commercial
purposes only.

mvtlab: MVT MATLAB Utilities
The MATLAB utilities currently include support for linear diffuse
optical tomography problems using a born-1 forward solver and were
developed for use in undergraduate engineering courses introducing
students to the field of tomography. However, the software was
designed to allow for additional functionality to easily be added,
including additional solvers, reconstruction methods, and tomographic
methods. The utilities make use of object-oriented programming
constructs now available in MATLAB to enhance the ease with which
functionality can be added and extended.
